Full Stack Developer (React / Node.js / AWS)
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build and modernize web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS. You'll work across the entire application stack, developing scalable front-end experiences, robust APIs, and cloud-native solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain modern web applications using React, Node.js, and Express
- Develop reusable front-end components and responsive user interfaces
- Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services
- Modernize legacy applications and support migration to AWS cloud-native architectures
- Develop and deploy serverless and containerized applications using AWS, Docker, and ECS/Fargate
- Contribute to application architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and development best practices
- Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Node.js, Express, and REST API development
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or similar)
- Familiarity with SQL databases and modern ORMs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across the full technology stack
Bonus Points
- Experience migrating legacy applications to AWS
- Knowledge of serverless or event-driven architectures
- ERP integration experience
- Experience with automated testing and application monitoring

Solutions Consultant
RenaissanceTech is actively searching for a Solution Consultant to specialize in CPQ software configuration and implementation.
The Solution Consultant is critical to the success of our customers and for service delivery. This position is responsible for gaining mastery in the use and implementation of CPQ solutions, driving customer projects through the use of training and workshops, and developing custom solutions for customer projects. This position coordinates project objectives and priorities with the office of project management. Being a customer interactive role, this position requires professionalism in communication, presentation, work ethic, and dress.
A Successful Candidate Will:
- Assist customers in implementing product configuration software (CPQ)
- Support existing customer solutions and with upgrades
- Coordinate with team to build product configuration solutions
- Develop rules for clients’ configurable products
- Deliver application training to customers
The Preferred Qualifications Include:
- An undergraduate degree or master’s degree in an analytical field such as MIS, Computer Science, logistics, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel 25% per month, domestic travel
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Responsive communication to customer emails and project requests
- CPQ knowledge is a PLUS!

The Sales Executive plays a key role in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective customers, and guiding opportunities through the sales process from initial engagement through close.
This role works closely with marketing, presales, and project management to understand customer needs, present solutions, and help deliver the right software and services for each organization. The Sales Executive will also represent the company at industry events and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
Strong communication skills, responsiveness, and an understanding of software, manufacturing, and integrated business systems are important to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for viable leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct discovery conversations, presentations, and software demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Work closely with presales to prepare solutions and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing on sales and industry-specific materials and initiatives.
- Represent the company at relevant trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Guide prospective customers through the sales process from initial engagement through close.
- Collaborate with customer success and other internal teams to support a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and customer information in the CRM.
- Monitor opportunities and develop action plans to move prospects through the sales process.
- Meet established sales goals and contribute to overall company growth.
- Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, software capabilities, and integrated systems.
