Kareen Hertenstein – Sales & Marketing Manager

Karee grew up in the countryside of Northeast Ohio, where early experiences in her family’s business taught her the values of hard work, creativity, and ambition. She studied Visual Communication Design and Marketing at Kent State University, combining creativity with a process-driven mindset that continues to guide her career.

With over four years of hands-on experience in CPQ, Karee handled both presales (building rules and demos) and direct client engagement in sales. Now, she leads the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams at RenaissanceTech, guiding strategy, driving growth, and ensuring clients get long-term value from the solutions we provide.
