Project Manager

The Project Manager is critical to the ongoing successful operation of the service function of the business. This position is responsible for ensuring that projects are properly scoped, executed and reviewed, ensures resources are properly aligned to project schedules and tasks, communicates with project stakeholders both internal and external, and designs strategies for continually improving service execution. This role requires strong communication both written and oral, detailed organization and reliable execution of delivery practices.

Talent Specialist (PT)

The Talent Specialist will be primarily responsible for Recruiting and Talent Development. Recruiting will consist of working with the business to develop job specifications for needed roles, actively searching for candidates for those roles, and organizing the progression of candidates from screening through onboarding. Talent Development will focus on ensuring each employ is progressing through their designated continuous learning plan for the year.

Solution Analyst

The Solution Analyst is critical to the success of our customers and for service delivery. This position is responsible for gaining mastery in the use and implementation of CPQ solutions, preparing and delivering training to customers, driving customer projects using onsite and remote workshops, developing rules and solutions for customer projects and products. This position coordinates objectives and priorities with the office of project management. Being a customer interactive role, this position requires professionality in communication, presentation, work ethic, and dress.

Sales Executive

The Sales Executive position is a pivotal role to the functioning and growth of the company. This position is responsible for generating leads, assisting in creation of marketing material, building industry specific software demos, promoting and representing the company through various industry related trade shows and events, performing software demos to prospective customers, facilitating software sales from presales to close, and continuing customer relationships beyond the initial sale to maintain satisfaction of the customer. Timely responsiveness is critical to the success of this role, as many purchasing decisions must be completed within a set customer timeframe. This role requires strong communication both orally and written (e-mail). As well as, technical understanding of the software, prospects industry, integrated systems, and manufacturing jargon.

Solution Analyst Intern

The Knowledge Analyst intern will be responsible for learning CPQ and using CPQ to build customer and technology demos. This person will work closely with both Service and Sales departments and requires professionality in communication, presentation, work ethic, and dress.
