RenaissanceTech has been very reliable and responsive to any requests or issues that have been identified. They have gone beyond the typical “configuration rules writing” to provide good solutions. Since implementing CPQ, The most significant change has been freeing up engineering resources to work on more impactful work than pricing. We are engineered to order and we do a lot of things that are based on calculations and we we wanted to be able to build that into the ruleset and the Infor CPQ could do that, as well as, move into the manufacturing rules and the 2D in 3D.

As a manufacturer of “Made To Order” products for the sports industry, Humphrys Coversports needs CPQ to be competitive in the market. We first contracted with RenaissanceTech to create rulesets for the more than three dozen products we make and sell. These CPQ rulesets generate not only our customer pricing, but also Work Orders and BOM’s needed for our factory. As time went by, we took advantage of their training so we could be more self-sufficient in maintaining our rulesets. Finally, they have been our go-to resource anytime we’ve performed any CPQ upgrades or integration with our ERP, Infor Visual. RenaissanceTech has been integral to making us a leader in our field.
