Solution Analyst

Major Responsibilities

• Leading a full life-cycle implementation of Enterprise Solutions
• Deliver application training
• Travel to client sites periodically over the course of the project
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements
• Install and configure software applications on client’s servers
• Develop rules for client’s configurable products
• Integrate ERP software applications into a collaborative multi-functional joint system
• Communicate project status and progress
• Support existing clients

Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to travel 25%-75% per month, domestic travel
• Required to work at the office in Dublin, Ohio when not traveling to client’s sites

• BA or BS preferably in MIS or Computer Science
• Knowledge of Infor CPQ Product is a plus

Job Location & Hours
Dublin, OH
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand

Sales Executive

Major Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and strategize ways to capture new critical accounts
• Advise prospects on technical matters and recommend appropriate ERP software solutions for their business
• Complete online guided training
• Occasional travel to prospects, clients and industry events
• Create scripted software demonstrations and presentations
• Ability to cold call prospects
• Gather technical requirements
• Create relationships with practitioners and executives alike, and demonstrate personal wins for all
• Maintain an accurate Salesforce environment with up-to-date detailed notes and sales cycle phase for all opportunities and leads
• Provide accurate and timely reports and forecasts
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
• Maintain thorough understanding of the client’s industry- including trends, business processes, financial measurements, performance indicators, and key client competitors

Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years experience in Sales

• Extremely personable; enjoys meeting people and can effortlessly start a conversation and engage decision makers
• Ability to build consistent new revenue pipeline
• Commitment to stay current with industry/sector trends
• Capability to articulate, define and execute creative strategies to grow RenaissanceTech’s business
• Experience with executive level sales
• Capacity to understand business problems, position solutions and articulate a vision to improve customer’s business processes and performance
• Strong negation skills

.NET Application Developer

Major Responsibilities

• Web application development and maintenance
• Support application integration with back end systems
• Assist with modification design and estimation
• Develop, implement, and test .NET applications based on a multi-tier architecture.
• Develop SQL Server databases and scripts to make effective use of information in existing systems databases.
• Configure, update, and debug existing ASP.NET applications
• Learn technologies outside of current skillset to meet customer needs

Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experience in-
