The Sales Executive position is a pivotal role to the functioning and growth of the company. This position is responsible for generating leads, assisting in creation of marketing material, building industry specific software demos, promoting and representing the company through various industry related trade shows and events, performing software demos to prospective customers, facilitating software sales from presales to close, and continuing customer relationships beyond the initial sale to maintain satisfaction of the customer. Timely responsiveness is critical to the success of this role, as many purchasing decisions must be completed within a set customer timeframe. This role requires strong communication both orally and written (e-mail). As well as, technical understanding of the software, prospects industry, integrated systems, and manufacturing jargon.
Solution Analyst Intern
The Knowledge Analyst intern will be responsible for learning CPQ and using CPQ to build customer and technology demos. This person will work closely with both Service and Sales departments and requires professionality in communication, presentation, work ethic, and dress.
